About Eva
Eva Blondeel is postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University, specializing in accounting education and accounting information systems. With an academic background in accounting, she has been researching the possibilities of Generative AI (GenAI) in higher education and the financial profession. She also teaches accounting to undergraduate and master students.
Next to her academic research, she offers interactive, hands-on workshops and keynotes tailored to the practical application of GenAI. These are aimed at professionals, students, teachers, and educational institutions who want to learn about GenAI, how to use it responsibly, or how to integrate it into their organization, work process, or teaching practice.
